to set up or if the Equipment is delivered by Lessor and

weather conditions prohibits safe use of the Equipment,
or if Customer otherwise elects not to use the Equipment
due to weather or other causes. If Customer cancel’s
before day of event we will hold deposit/balance for up
to one (1) year from rental date in a rain check file
(only one reschedule per rental). Reschedules are
subject to availability of rentals. No refunds will be
given once rental contract is signed, so advanced notice
is needed if canceling your rental. Customer gives
permission for, charging of their credit card if any
item rented is lost or damaged whatsoever.

All customers are required
to leave a credit card. (There is no actual charge to
the credit card account; we just need to verify that the
account is open and active.) A NON-REFUNDABLE
Minimum $50 deposit per order of $100 or less, or 50% of

The

and the rental term shall be that listed as “Rental

year from rental date in a rain check file (only one
reschedule per rental). Reschedules are subject to
availability of rentals.

organizations & schools. We no longer accept personal
checks.

Applicable state sales tax
will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number is
provided.
Rental Periods:
" Full Day" = Full day rental (approximately 7-8
hours) " Half Day" = Half day rental (approximately 4
hours)
Refer-a-Friend Program:
Receive a $25 discount on
your next rental for each paying customer that you refer
to us. Be sure your friend(s) mentions that they were
referred by you when they make their reservation(s).
There is no limit to the number of discounts you can
receive and they can be used on the same rental. For
example, if you refer four friends to us who end up
using our services, you will get $100 off your next
rental.
Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set
up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of
slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp
objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet
droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches
or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block
parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of
time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure
the inflatable.
Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded
outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the
blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
Delivery vs. Customer Pick-up:
At this time we do not offer
customer pick-up for any of our equipment. We take care
of the delivery and setup.
